·  For paid postings - Since your property could be sold within the first minute after your listing appears online, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our fees for Featured Listings and/or any other Paid Services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All listings in the Real Estate section are monitor by editors and volunteers. Ads that violate our Terms and Conditions will be removed immediately without notice. Customers spamming our system will be banned from using the renttoownnc.com.
